The 150% Performance Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy (For High Performance Training Program)
This guarantee is the ONLY refund policy that Richard Yu Venture's High Performance Training Program offers.
This guarantee states that if the customer has taken action on EVERY SINGLE assignment within The High Performance Training Program, and still is not satisfied with the results obtained from the High Performance Training Program, from a STRICTLY productivity/time management perspective, then the customer may request for a refund according to the following conditions.
To qualify for the refund the student must submit proof IN FULL COMPLETION of the following things:
--100% completion and viewership of all 8 week’s worth of modules (Our system can track to see how much of a certain video was watched. It must show a 100% viewership completion on our software in order for this to be qualified as complete).
--100% completion and viewership of all 8 week’s worth of Q/A recordings.
--100% completion of each week’s assignment worksheets (Includes Weekly Performance Evaluation, in addition to each week’s assignment modules).
--Each of these worksheets is required to be printed, in order for the student to qualify for this refund.
--8 screenshots of a WEEKLY zoom call that was held between the customer, and another student within the High Performance Training Program Facebook group. Each week’s zoom call must be with a ENTIRELY SEPARATE student. Should there be any repeats in the people involved on these weekly calls, then this guarantee is no longer valid for the customer
--100% attendance for 8 weeks of LIVE Q/As. The customer must provide dated screenshots of attendance to each of these 8 LIVE Q/As in order to qualify for the refund. If the student misses one of these Q/As, the student must provide evidence that the replay of the Q/A was watched completely.
--In order to qualify for the refund, the student MUST have commented on each Accountability Post (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) for the duration of the entire 8 weeks, for a total of 24 posts. The student must have asked at least one question per week, and provide proof of evidence by providing screenshots from the FB group, to demonstrate that at least one question was asked per week, on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday Accountability Post.
--If the customer fails to comment on a single Accountability post, this refund is no longer valid for that customer.
Should the student fail to provide any one of the above following items, then the student’s 150% Performance Money-Back Guarantee is then declared voided, and no longer valid. NO REFUND shall be given to a customer, other than through the conditions stated above.
